There is a basic formula to carpet cleaning that can make the technician a hero to the customer. Here are the seven steps to a successful carpet cleaning:
1) Vacuum with a good, working vacuum (check/change the bag before every job)
2) Rinse animal spots with clear water
3) Apply pre-spray
4) Extract with compatible rinse aid
5) Apply protectant
6) Groom carpet with Grandi Groom
7) Dry with an AirPath® or snorkel-type dryer
