Fibers, such as cotton, absorb quickly and stain easily. Over-wetting complicates the cleaning process by staining the fiber before the soil can be removed.
By positioning a light spray on the fabric at a shallow angle, the removal of moisture and soil is quick.
With this tool's five agitating contact points, the soil is removed and wetting is minimal. The soil is NOT pushed into the fabric or into the fiber itself.
